Weighing nearly 400 pounds, man walks off half his weight
This is another reason that I think I was pushing it with exercise. I was doing 3 miles at a high incline and then an hour on the elliptical. Too much too fast, I think.
Note to self: Just because you can doesn't mean you should. That goes equally for all things. Exercise, spandex, 80's hair...
